The Hotel History & Pioneer Legacy

Since its origins as a refuge for fishermen and pioneers, Correntoso Lake & River Hotel has been part of Patagonia’s living history. Founded in 1917, it accompanied the first steps of those who ventured to discover these lands. In 2002, the Laurence family took on the challenge of restoring the original building, respecting its architecture and founding spirit. Every detail reflects the intention to preserve a heritage, integrate it into the surroundings, and project it into the future.

The hotel stands out for its balance between history and nature, where the warmth of hospitality remains intact and the landscape continues to be an essential part of the experience.
